Again like for Yin Sai, we will plant some of the lowland-plantable vegetable crops at our Farms. This includes chilis, turnips, spinach and HK choy sum when we reuse the cocopeat leftover from Tomato planting. Combined with cool temperate climate and hydroponic methods, the vegetables produced are that of top-export quality. You will see the biggest, juiciest, and most amazing premium chilis, spinach and HK choy sum which are usually reserved for export or top restaurants.
